
Dr. Anuradha Singh is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 15 years of experience spanning academia and industry in the fields of Microbiology, Industrial Biotechnology, Enzymology, and Food Sciences. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Biotechnology at JIIT, Noida.
She holds Ph.D. in Biotechnology from JIIT Noida, M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, and a Bachelor’s degree from Lucknow University, Uttar Pradesh.
After completing her Master’s degree, she worked for nearly five years in the food and cosmetic industry as an Executive and Senior Executive in Quality Control. During this time, she developed expertise in quality monitoring, regulatory compliance, and standards management, including ISO-9001, HACCP, GMP, GLP, Organic standards, and waste management practices through 5S, 3M, and Kaizen.
Prior to joining JIIT, Dr. Singh worked at Galgotias University (2015–2025), where she served in multiple leadership roles, including Programme Chair, Ph.D. & Research Coordinator, Industry–Institute Interaction Cell Coordinator, Placement Coordinator, Programme Chair (Research), and BOE Chair.
She has a proven record in Ph.D. supervision, with five doctoral students successfully submitting their thesis under her supervision (four degrees awarded and one thesis submitted). She is deeply committed to student growth and overall development, while being a strong proponent of workplace productivity and effectiveness.
Her professional expertise encompasses teaching, research guidance, publications, and quality control/assurance in herbal, food, and biotechnological industries.
