
Dr. Raghvenda Kumar Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida. He received his Ph.D. in RF and Microwave Engineering from JIIT (2023), M.Tech in RF and Microwave Engineering from IIT Roorkee (2012-14) under an MHRD fellowship, and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from GBTU, Lucknow (2008-12). He began his academic career at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad (2014-17) before joining JIIT in 2017.
With over 11 years of experience, he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, curriculum design and key administrative responsibilities, thereby fostering the holistic growth of the department and the institute. He played a key role in establishing the Anechoic Chamber facility (up to 40 GHz) at JIIT, Noida significantly strengthening research infrastructure. He has also played key role in organizing International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC 2018-24) as Publicity Chair. Alongside academics, he has contributed to numerous institutional roles, including Resident Hostel Warden, Faculty-in-Charge of Horticulture, Annapurna & Café, OBE Module Coordinator, Industrial Training Coordinator, Minor Project Coordinator, Members of GATE Mock Test Committee, IQAC Audit Committee, and NAAC Committee.
Dr. Singh is a Senior Member of IEEE, Life Member of IETE and WAMS, and an active member of IEEE Young Professionals, IEEE AP, MTT, and EMC societies. He serves as Faculty Advisor of the IEEE MTT-S Student Branch Chapter at JIIT Noida. He has chaired sessions, mentored students, and delivered invited talks at various professional forums.
