Biography

Dr. Arti Jain is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 23 years of experience in higher education, currently serving as Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, India. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from JIIT Noida (2019), MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani (2009), MCA from Panjab University (2002), and B.Sc. (Mathematics Honors) from the University of Delhi (1998).

She has extensive experience as an NBA module coordinator for Computer Science and Engineering courses and as a core member of the department's NAAC team. Additionally, she contributes to several institutional committees, the Institution Innovation Council, Program Assessment Committee, Student Induction Program for Universal Human Values, Outcome Based Education, and the Departmental Attendance Summary Compilation at the JIIT Wish Town campus.

Dr. Jain’s core teaching and research interests include Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Social Media Analytics, and Soft Computing. Her research portfolio includes over 50 peer-reviewed publications, 47 indexed in Scopus. She has published 05 international books with IGI Global, USA, and Edward Elgar, UK. She has guest-edited 03 special issues in leading international journals.

She serves on editorial boards and program committees of global conferences. As a Senior Member of IEEE, Professional Member of ACM, Life Member of IFERP and IAENG, she contributes to academic and professional communities. Dr. Jain also supervises doctoral research and is a regular speaker at national and international academic forums.
