Every year, the festival begins with an inauguration ceremony chaired by Vice Chancellor, JIIT, Noida, Chief Guest (an eminent person from Industry, like Infosys, Ericsson India, etc.), Invited guests from industries, Director, JIIT Sec 128, Dean(s) and HoD(s) of different departments of JIIT Noida, faculty members of different departments and students. After the inauguration ceremony, these experts interact with participating students in different events and boost up the confidence of the participating students. The festival ends with the Closing Ceremony where the name of the winners of different events are announced and the prize and certificates are distributed to the winners.
